I think you have a cockerel and a pullet (cockerels are known to have red patches on the shoulder area as well).

Can't really tell from the picture. Do you have a natural light picture? Won't be able to tell gender till about 4 weeks+. Looks like an EE or Ameracauna from the pic because of the "puffy" cheeks tho.
