Is our 8 week old frizzle a cockerel or pullet? Sounds like he/she is starting to crow.

100% sure that's a cockerel. Especially if it's crowing

I don't think thats a cockerel.. it has a pale comb with no color and no wattle development. What makes you think cockerel?

My first time having chickens and I picked these 6 out from the "pullet" tub at tractor supply.. I got them on Feb 27th, but not sure how old they were before I got them so counting 6 weeks old from then.. Thinking 3 blacks are roo's but could red wattles be part of the breed?
