So far they all look like pullets. Still a bit early to be sure, but I think your chances are very good.

All look like pullets to me.
At a glance it looks like a rooster. What's the age & breed?
Silkie and 2 1/2 to 3 months.
Looks more like a rhode island red mix than a silkie. Pretty sure it's a male, though.

How did you get RIR?
Golden Comet makes a lot more sense. (They're a hybrid and RIR is somewhere in the mix) If the 1st generation hybrid, male chicks are white & females are a wide range of brown-red with white underneath. Only the 1st generation is sexable by color. After that anything can hatch.
The very large headgear & darker red shoulders are what make me think male. I guess he was an "opps" from whomever did the gender sorting.
