3 cockerels, 2 pulletsHello, first time chicken owner. This gang is about 6 weeks. I think they are silver duckwing OEGB
. When they were chicks, they looked almost identical, but 3 of them had a more distinctive and sharper pattern. Now they have large dark combs. Im assuming they're little roos, but wanted a second opinion.

The one in the top picture looks like a roo and the one in the bottom picture looks like a hen.
Chick #1 could be a cockerel but I'm not quite sure. #3 and #4 are cockerels, and #5 is a pullet. Chick #2 kinda looks like a cockerel but I don't really know ...Strange. Those links to the albums look live to me, but it could be that the domain is blocked for you. I've put the pics in line now.
Again, sorry for the poor quality.

Chick #1 Was yellow chick, now mottled grey and brown - Likely an easter egger

It's actually really tough for me to tell the black chicks apart. Sorry for the quality again.

Definitely a rooster.
pullet
Looks like a rooster.
Hen
Pullets. Hens will poof up their neck feathers just like roos and fight like they do, too, just not as aggressively.
Five of my six Buff Orpingtons at 12 weeks of age. I'm thinking pullets at this point but occasionally I see one or two squabbling and it looks like they poof up their neck/hackle feathers - unsure if the ladies will do this too or if it's a rooster only thing. Will try to get closer pictures of my Australorps as they're more tough for me right now...thanks in advance![]()
I think that's a hen. That second picture is awesome, btw!
Roosters, for sure.
Hmm, well, you've got a few hens, at least. The ones in the fourth and sixth pictures look like hens to me, and I see a few hens in the second picture. The ones in the first, third, and fifth pictures look like roosters, as well as the last two. I'm not completely sure about the others.
