Some updated pictures... Pullet or Roo? I'll put my guess (wish?) underneath!

Lighting - I'm thinking could be a pullet in spite of the reddish comb area. Feathered in super fast and I was told the Jersey Giants all get pretty big combs.

Oh how I *wish* Blondie to be a pullet -- I'm just not sure!? I keep thinking cockerel because of the shorter tail, though feathered in pretty evenly and fully by 4 weeks or so.

Sunny -- I can't even figure out what breed this one is!! Was a yellow chick, can get pretty red and has feathered in really slow. The friendliest one of the bunch!

Dear Potter... slow feathering friend of mine. Skiddish and bottom of the pecking order. I'm assuming pullet.

Thanks for your guess! All are Meyer Hatchery eggs that were hatched.

Lightning is a rooster, Blondie is a pullet, Sunny is a rooster, and Potter is a pullet.

I am new to chickens and have 6 chicks that are 5 weeks old. They had a 95% guarantee that they are pullets. I'm thinking my Easter egger is a cockerel and I'm not sure about my golden laced Wyandotte- she started feathering later than my buff orpingtons and barred rocks. I would like to know what anyone else thinks.
