    At 6 wks that comb looks pretty red...I notice some nice red wattles coming in too...I'm leaning toward roo

    I didn't reply because I didn't know about it. It doesn't matter though :)
    It is pretty busy! Two threads is a good idea. I could run the first one and you run this one. That way we might not get so many missed posts. If we get too many more posts we'll have too make a third one! lol.

    I've been hopping back and forth between the two threads... sometimes I leave a few posts behind unanswered if I don't know what it is...(breed or gender)

    Can you sex silkie's? I was going to wait a bit longer, but one of my four has started getting a pinkish comb, and I know they say it's very hard to tell which are boys and which are females, but I thought at this young of an age it might be a cockerel? It's two months.

    To young to say for sure but I think all of them look like cockerels.
