I'm not great with Silkies, but looks to be a pullet. I could be way off though!

@summerb123, Pepper looks like a pullet to me, but a side pic would help to better determine that.

What makes you say cockerel?
Usually by 3 months a cockerel should have much redder & lager comb than you EE has.
You should post a side pic, so we can see if (s)he has saddle feathers.

honestly i don't think he is 3 months the people that had him before said that he was 2 months when we got him........well apparently not! most of the chicks still had fuzz on them I'm thinking more like 2 weeks!and we've had him about 2 months so more like 2 months! but he does nave the rusty red patches on his wings and the uneven pattern!

Mixed chicks (mixed rooster & golden polish hen, mixed rooster & RIR hen). They are almost 3 weeks old. Is it too early to tell?

I think they are:
1. Cockerel?
2. (Yellow one) Pullet?
3. ??? He/she also has a weird comb compared to the other 2.

Do you have a picture from the side. From the front, he looks like a she.

@summerb123 Peppers looks female from the picture you've shown. I agree a standing side picture in natural light would be good.

I see the red on the shoulder/wing, but it's not rooster red. Too pale and more of an orange color. And the comb is tiny.

I think you are right...3 might be a pullet
