All chickens have spur buds, that is no indicator of gender. I seriously doubt it's 11 weeks old. It still has chick down on the head. Looks more like 8 weeks old at most. The patchy coloring has me thinking cockerel.

I hatched it under my silkie, it is 11 weeks and 1 day old. It's tail stands straight and it stands upright much more than my other babies. I don't know much about EE chickens though. It was a bonus egg. I didn't choose the breed.
