Coming up on 6 months. White is a roo. Im not sure about the black. I go back and forth pretty much every day, but im leaning towards cockerel (i hope not tho. all 3 of my silkie will be cockerels then). I think i see streamers but im not sure if i do or not. The white is same age and is his/her brother. He has long thick streamers coming from his crest. The black has a few thin feathers that are just a tad longer than the rest. What do yall think? Fingers crossed he/she is a pullet!!

Picked up 2 EE "pullets" a few days ago. I believe they're around 7-8 weeks in age. The blue one has me suspicious. I made me own thread and I've gotten 50/50 pullet/cockerel feedback. I have two bantam hens and can't have a standard roo with them.

Hey, the blue one i believe isnt an EE. We have a blue orpington hen and she looked exactly like this when she was younger, but its hard to see the tail end on your pictures.

Doesn't matter. They can be hard to see in young chickens especially.
