They are of 3 mnths so what if i bring a hen of 6-8mnths...
I'll sell black one...so i could get 2 hens or pullets in exchange of one rooster/Cockerel...

You want to get pullets his age; a hen that is a lot older than him will pick on him too much. Get at least 4 females.

Should i separate my both cockerels because they may start fighting...i dont have any pullet/hen right now...

No. Males without females do just fine, with the occasional exception. That's why people build bachelor pads for extra males.
