I got them from my local feed store. They are almost 4 weeks. I don't know much about chickens, but especially delawares lolThe one in back looks like the comb is reddening. How old?
The one in front has an awful lot of black but I'm afraid I don't know how much is normal in the juvenile stages for a Delaware. Adult feathering is often different so that may all clean up.

I was wondering if all breeds feathered that fast lol!It's a lot of comb for 4 weeks and they feathered a lot faster than I'd expect from a dual purpose. I was guessing 8 weeks! I don't think I'd call the dark one yet but that one in the back, male for sure.
