Great, thanks!! She is obviously the Queen of the hen house then! She even chases my dogs!![]()
Haha, I have one or two that will peck at the dogs noses through the fence. They can be quite fearless at times, and then terrified by the most random things!

Bingbing looks like a cockerel with those dark red splotches. Nothing masculine showing on the SLW, though.Hi everyone! I'm new to raising chickens and have two 11-week olds that I'm worried might be roos. What do you think?

Here's BingBing, sold to me as an Ameraucana. This one is the family favorite, so I'm really hoping pullet, but the tail especially has me thinking roo... So far, quiet and not aggressive (knock on wood).

Here's Piper, a silver laced wyandotte. This one will jump on my back if I bend down nearby. Also very quiet (knock on wood).

One looks pullet, the other looks questionable. I have an 8wk Australorp and am finding that some are not that easy to sex. More time needed. Hope you figure out who is crowing.Yes, I have 2 Straight Run BA chicks that are 7 weeks in the picture.

I would assume their combs would be red already if they were Roosters but I am new to this. What do you think?
Still probably a pullet. They are leghorn
That was lucky!Good news!! After studying the little Sebright carefully last night, have determined that the little pullet survived, not the little cockerel.![]()
Can you get some more pics of BingBing? Closer view of comb and feathers on the back around the base of the tail. The signs point to cockerel, but something about it just looks like a pullet. Need more pics!Hi everyone! I'm new to raising chickens and have two 11-week olds that I'm worried might be roos. What do you think?

Probably no answer because the chick is too young to be certain so it would just be a guess.I replied before and didn't get any answers, so I'll try again
This is Lil Chipmunk, an OEGB that's about 3.5 or 4 weeks old.
