The males have an entirely different look than the females as adults and usually give themselves away even in baby feathers. Look at the chest for splotches of black. The females never have that.This 5 week old Welsummer is for sure a boy isn't he? Flighty and a bit aggressive too. Hope he mellows out or we won't be keeping him.

I will try to get a full body shot in the morning. This one is the only one with the red comb and neck thing. The other one doesn't have it at all. I am wondering if she is just developing faster than the rest of them.Looks pullet but can you do a full body shot?
