They are the youngest of my group, and they all spend most days outside in the run and come in when it dtarts to cool off. I have 9, the oldest being 7 almost 8 weeks.

Sounds like your doing it right. Maybe just slow featherers... I know my issue was the heat though.

Oops, I already made a new thread on this, but I thought I'd try here too 7.5 week old RIR. Much bigger and redder comb a wattle than the other 2, but I don't know how much to depend on that? Thanks for your input!
