Those 3 chickens were from 90% pullets so at least we have 2 out of 3 egg layers.

I see yellow webbing on his feet, which means that's a Jersey Giant, not an Australorp. Hatcheries seem to mix up those two breeds a lot! And yeah, that's a cockerel.

If you can find a pullet that is about the same age as your current ones, then you only need to get one. If you can only find young chicks, then you will need two because it will be a few months before you can safely introduce them.

The feed store said she is an Americuana pullet, but then I read on here that feed stores don't actually sell Americuanas, and that sometimes their pullets aren't actually pullets, so now I'm starting to wonder...

Easter Egger. Looks like a pullet for now, but don't expect green or blue eggs. It's not likely with that single comb.
