Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

#1 ) This one is super skittish. Hard to get a decent full body pic. Are those tail feathers blunt or sickle shaped? Sorry you can't see the feet.

#2) Friendlier one.

#2) Feet don't seem large. Fairly bland in colouring. Tail not blunt but tapering.

#1) Best body shot I could get. Pretty colouring.

Does this help at all? I guess I could still hang on to them for a bit. Combs aren't as big and bright red as the others...but not pale, pale pink like my only 1 hen from this batch.
How old?

I have 5 of these from TSC. They are supposed to be Amber Link pullets. They are 9 weeks old and look about the same but some are slightly larger than others. All are pure white. I would post all 5 but I can't tell them apart so I could be taking pictures of the same one over & over and not know it. Will they ever get any color?

Looks like a possible Leghorn pullet.

Thank you. I would love it if they are Leghorn pullets. They are so white, their wings look like angels'. Two of them are very sweet and like to be picked up and petted. One time I had squatted down in the run and 3 of them jumped on my back. Super friendly chicks. I really hope they are all pullets. At 9 weeks they are still mostly peeping with an occasional cluck.

Help! We found this stray polish and can't decide if it's a pullet or a roo. We can't keep roosters where we live so we'll need to find it a new home if it is a rooster. Thanks!

All are about 6-7 weeks old.

Cochin bantam

Barred rock

Black copper maran

Easter egger

Welsummer

Cochin bantam

Haven't had any cochins so I'm not going to guess on those.
Easter Egger and Welsummer- definitely look like pullets
Maran and Barred Rock- also look like pullets

Umm, do SLW hens ever get greenish tail feathers? Is that just a roo thing? I have 4 SLW 2 month olds. One is definitely a roo, but the others I think are pullets. However, they are all getting some iridescent green in their black tail feathers at the same time. Thoughts?
