Pullet, those back feathers are very girly and rounded.

That one is a cockerel. Just look at those saddle feathers. Completely different feathering from @chickychick106 's bird.

Rooster looks like an Ameraucana mix (EE).
White pullet looks mostly Ameraucana, but you won't know if she is pure until she lays an egg.
