Pretty sure I just killed it by opening it. Why is it so underdeveloped at 25 days? It was alive for a short time, then died.

Don't take the chicks out, just open the air cell's end - like an external pip. I think it could be because of the humidity problems, it sounds like you had it way too high. I don't really know, though. How about the rest of them?

And sorry you lost this one, that stinks.

I recommend reading up on the hatching sites. The yolk isn't absorbed and their looks to be alot of fluid. It probably drowned and that's why the yolk wasn't absorbed. To high humidity for sure.

here are my bantams, let me know if I got the sex right. Not sure if they are boys or girls but here is my guesses. In collage form since I am having trouble posting more then one photo at a time on mobile.

it is not developed like it should be due to improper humidity. The air cell never grew to the proper size allowing the chicks to become too large to pip and break out of the egg.

I run my incubators dry. No water whatsoever. Half the time I forget to add water at lockdown and they still hatch fine.
