Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

Not a Barred Rock. Might be a black sexlink Easter Egger, though. Definitely a pullet.

Now that we've figured out Waffles is likely a BSL pullet, would you guys help me with the rest of my black birds? I thought they were BR, but am now wondering if they're BSL. None of the rest of them have the same rusty feathers around their necks yet, but Waffles has gotten her feathers much earlier than all the rest.

All look like Easter Egger mixes. Waffles is not a typical black sexlink, with that pea comb. She might not be a sexlink at all, but an Easter Egger mix as well.

Thank you, Junebuggena! I'm excited to see what they grow up to be. I've been thinking BR since I got them and now I have surprise chicks! Fun!

I just found out that the three possible rooster dads were french black copper maran, barred rock and easter egger. The hen mothers are either barred rock or easter egger. Is it possible they are a cross between the black copper maran and easter egger? Or could they be EExEE?

I know it's early but this one is so much louder than all the rest..just wondering on this one!

These are two leghorns I have. I am sure the younger one is a pullet, and pretty sure the older one is too. Can someone confirm? The younger one (on the left) is about 6 weeks. Older ones age is unknown.

Right around 10 weeks.

Golden Laced Wyandotte (I have heard they are early bloomers with combs and waddles).
