Not sure what’s wrong with 2 day old chick

At first I thought it was a slipped tendon on the right side but I am unable to feel if the tendon is out of place. The left leg is pushing behind and rotated but I’m not sure if that’s to try to balance out the other leg? I’ve been trying different things for the chick to sit in but it keeps escaping! I do not want to cull the chick.

Maybe Mareks? Im not too sure as I've not had a case of it in my hatchlings, has it been like this since it popped out of the shell?

Hopefully others can help understand what it is an advise.

She is way too young for Mareks. I would give a chick vitamin that contains riboflavin/B2. Human B complex 1/4 tablet crushed in water, and Poultry Cell both have those. Try treating for a slipped tendon. They are not always successfully treated here are some links:
