Not sure what day these eggs are at

That is true, about the beaks. Though, I didn't see an internal pip with my ducks either! They just started making chirping!
Is the baby making sounds?
I'll link this article, but I'm not sure how it would apply to lovebird eggs.
Have you posted in the parrot/exotic birds section?
Here is the article, just in case. Assisted hatching article
No sound, over 24 hours now so i decided to chip a tiny hole in the pip in a warm humid bathroom. I now clearly see the beak from inside and out of the egg. No sound but it is moving around. Membrane looks pretty dry but not brownish dry. It sticks to the chick as it tries to move around.

I think ill try to see if there are veins left on the membrane by adding warm water with cotton. It is trying to move but seems stuck.

Edit: i’ve also asked on the emergency thread and someone with hookbill experience said that hatching/assisting/pipping isn’t too different with other eggs.

Yep, chick is shrinkwrapped, still a bit of veins though so im currently waiting for those.
Is your humidity correct? (not sure what the humidity should be, for these eggs on lockdown)
How much membrane is visible?
I'm hoping the little one is ready to complete the hatch soon! :fl

Correct humidity it is in a dedicated hatcher but i moved it late as i was not expecting it to pip yesterday. I found out about the pip when candling so I didn’t know how long it had pipped.

Next egg ill move it once I see a bit of drawdown as this one pipped a day after. Just 2 more tiny veins, now I'm ‘patiently’ waiting :barnie
