She weighs around 1.6lbs? From what I understand a chicken needs to drink a minimum of 5% of it's body weight per day. That means 23 ml of water per pound per day.
So for your girl that would be 36.8 ml a day, so I think you are doing o.k. with the fluids
If she drank 100ml then that would account for some loose stools. Electrolytes may also be contributing. I would try to push her to eat, maybe some wet feed with some scrambled egg.
As for treating with the Coxoid - yes, stop the B vitamins and Electrolytes, but continue with the Vitamin E.
