Than a little snow in South Carolina.

Get a mug of hot cocoa, a plate of chocolate chip cookies, and relax.

Snow falling silent, fast.

The horse is like, what the heck is that stuff?

The snow turns the hay rake into a piece of art

My footsteps are muffled, the birds are silent, the water whispers

The chickens stay inside

After 45 minutes the snow stops

Hope you enjoyed the show!

We had rain that turned over to snow late yesterday afternoon. It was "goose feathers" as it fell, but it was too warm and wet for it to stick. We got up this morning to traces sitting here and there, mostly on things that were above the ground. That's one of the things I like about living here. Snow is rare enough that it's magical when it happens, and it doesn't stick around long enough to become a nuisance!

This snow surprised me. We had thunder and lightning for about ten minutes so I assumed we were having more rain on the way. The temp was about 42 degrees so I wasn't even thinking about snow. About an hour later I look out the window and see it snowing like crazy. The temperature had dropped and the snow shower lasted for about 45 minutes or so.

Thanks for looking!
