I'm assuming you mean it pipped and hasn't done much since....after it pips it will be up to 36 hours before it's ready to hatch....they pip so they can get fresh air not because they are ready to hatch...it's absorbing blood and it's yolk....sit on your handsOk so no progress since 11 am. I'm starting to get antsy here. Out of the 6 eggs I set only 2 came this far. They are a pale cream colored egg with Cayuga inside so I can see their outline perfectly but no movements for a while now. How long do I wait before I attempt to help?
