OMG, how cute is this?? Baby ducks on a waterslide, LOL!

I have 3 pips, but one isn't good. When it pipped blood came out of the hole I took a little shell off the air cell to assess the situation. It was pretty bloody in there, but the beak hadn't actually cleared the membrane and it was breathing in blood. I cleared the beak with a qtip as gently as I could. But I won't know till later exactly how much blood there really is in the bottom of that shell. Poor baby, bad luck Hoping the other two will do better - and the other 10 for that matter. They are running late compared to normal but with them being shipped and the wild weather fluctuations I am not too surprised.

I don't think u need them I have had good hatches with out!

You definitely do not. I have had lots and lots of great hatches lately and never used them ever.

Poor baby!!! Hope he/she pulls through and the rest hatch easily!!

I took my vent plugs out when I got the bator and have never put them back. I never have any vents plugged.

We have lower humidity, FINALLY! it's sitting at 38% right now.. hoping it will drop even lower, but the humidity in my HOUSE is 55%, so it will be a challenge!
