so grown upI ordered a coop on Ebay. Max and I have been painting it all night. Max supervised and tasted the paint and I painted. Max had so much fun running around, in and out of the doors and windows. Max's beak is covered in paint and I have little Max foot prints on the rug and dog pillow.

a few of mine started believe or not! if I don't end up with any hatching I'll just get eggs from you next yearStill no one out of the shell yet, but lots of chirping so that is good.
1st chick is hatched! Yay! And now I have to leave the house for a few hours so maybe they will all hatch once I quit staring at them, LOL!
Oh my goodness..................Well I am happy to report that out of the 15 eggs I set on the 20th, I only had 2 clears and one early quitter. The one egg with the air cell at the bottom and the embryo at the top has fixed itself and is going strong! I'm not sure how it worked, but I'm glad it did, because I really didn't think it was going to make it. I've had a much better time with this hatch, with no crazy temp spikes and no humidity issues as of late. Even my one buckeye mix egg (laid by a 5 year old buckeye) is doing great! We have left the bator in good hands and are on our way south to VA to get married tomorrow morning and then we spend a week at a cabin in the mountains of NC, and home in time for lockdown!
