Yes, it is a Blue Isbar. The breeder said they have blue, black, and splash.

it’s ok lol I’ve never had them and was curious. The pattern looks similar to my Cochins I just hatched. So that’s why I was thinking black and white.

This is my first time with them, too. I was surprised to see them dry out and fluff up black, not blue. I went to the breeder's website to read their description and was reminded of their b/b/s inventory.

Does the dot mean it’s a boy

No, this type isn't sex linked, that I am aware of. It is just "mottled" which causes the irregular color pattern.

It is a circulated air 2 teir that holds a whopping 96 eggs
