npip ?? vs 9-3 ???

in you state do you have to pay for NPIP and vs 9-3 forms ?
here in fl it is free to get tested but $50 to get the vs 9-3 forms !

mine is free and all the paperwork is free. However, we do not get a NPIP certification "card" Some states do.

What??? $50?? Here in MD we get the whole shebang for free. Up to 3 books of VS 9-3's at a time. They will even drive down here to our farm every year. $50? Whoa!

A silke breeder in either Washington State or Oregon (I forget which) posted on another forum that it would cost her about $850 to have her small flock tested.

It's just rough in Colorado because there's only ONE person in the entire state that can sign the VS forms - just be sure you don't run out of them before you re-order.
