Nurture Right 360 day adjustment

I've got a Nurture Right 360 incubator, I've only used it once. I'm setti.g it up for the second time in over 2 years.

I have read and re-read the manual and cannot get the days to adjust.

The manual says it will count down from 21 for chicken eggs, well mine is on Day 1, it won't let me adjust to 21. Is this correct or do I need to unplug and start again?? I already did a reset.

When you set the days does it go to 21? Since the incubator can be used to hatch a variety of birds i.e. guineafowl, turkey, chicken, etc. You must set the days manually since it does not automatically get set to 21.

It's been a few weeks since I last used mine. But I think you have to hit the menu button until the days blink and then you hit the + or - buttons to add or subtract days. Will it let you do that?

On my new model at least, you have to hold down the Menu button for 3 seconds (it feels much longer) until the screen starts flashing. It will be on the temperature reset. Click the Menu button once quickly for "OK" to get past it, the next thing should be the Day countdown. Use the - or + buttons to change it, then push the Menu button once quickly for "OK" and it should be done and showing the regular temperature screen again.
The previous models may be different. Hope this helps!

I had that problem at first too. I wasn't pushing Menu for long enough. One quick press just shows the day countdown. To actually change it, you have to hold it steady until the temperature flashes for changing (mine beeps really loud). Then hit the Menu button once quickly for "OK" and the day menu will show up for changing.

I'm on Day 2 with our own Ameraucana eggs, not sure if they are all fertile but I wasn't willing to spare one to check, and we had this new bator to try out, so I guess we'll know in a day or two
