NY chicken lover!!!!

Here is my latest reading on chickens and you may find it helpful.

"Chickens are very sensitive birds. It is easy to hurt their feelings. When their feelings are hurt, they become unpleasant , anti social. A perfectly sweet chicken can become a bitter, destructive bird, if it feels that it is unwanted". - Dr. Hsu Ting Feng from the "The Hoboken Chicken Emergency".

I hope AlienRoo gets to stay!! =) (unless he turns into a kung fu master lol)..

He was here first and we worked really hard together to get him here!! He's here to stay as long as he keeps his Kung Fu side kicks to himself. Hehehee.....nothing is certain and we have time before their hormones start to rage. Ha~

I told y'all, I read anything with chickens in it. Found these books I don't know where but I got both books by the same author. Kids books but they help me fall asleep. I also buy them for the grandkids.

If you have young readers they're a good to give as a gift.

RIF = ?

Rancher,

Shane and I finished reading a very entertaining older kids' story called "Chicken Feathers" last month. It was not babyish, but would obviously be an easy read. I liked the contrast in main characters: the young boy and the crusty, wise chicken (who likes beer). Check it out some time. Hope the link works, below:
