Yeah, I only want a couple!! LOL Just kidding!! Yeah, I think Mark will go for the whole friendversary thing....just like Betsy will!

Seriously, though I'm all for a couple...I mean 3 GC's. I was actually gonna ask you if you wanted to possibly split an order..but I wasn't sure how you felt about GC's to begin with.

If you want to give me the RIR's, I will definitely take them...

Listen here....your hoop house that you want to build. You know I will help you build it...or rather my Mark will be willing to lend a hand I'm sure. They're a very simple build, your doofus (we need to stop calling him that, or rather you....
tongue.png
) can handle it. I actually think I would be able to manage it myself..just the bending of the cattle panels require two people or at the very least a stationary object in a convenient place...Anyhow, simple, simple....I promise!

So now, what are you doing with plywood and 2x2's..I'm almost afraid to ask...building a brooder are we???

I'm seriously gonna have to restrain myself...I really want to raise a half dozen cornish rocks...but where oh where would I put them!!!

Renee, I agree CM is cheaper, except they grower is only 14% unless you get the medicated and I only use that for a short time not til they switch to layer.

Yes I saw the barred silkies and they are cool. It's just to wet here for silkies.

Trylin, I'm going to need two, got that two hoop coops and I've decided where I'm going to put them. Of course first I have to replace the stockade fencing that is falling down on the dog side of the yard. Not to big a deal cuz the posts are ok. And I can get Jesse to dig any I need.

As for the ply wood I just buy it cuz you never know. I just get the pieces and then decide. I want to put in some exterior nesting boxes. The 2x2's are for support under the metal panels on the roof. Brooder oh yeah I need to build two brooders. Big ones. The plastic bins are breaking apart as plastic does.

I may sell my Gym thing and that will mean more room in the back OMG! Another pool set up.

Won't make TSC I don't think. Hope they have some GC's left. I had a friend who was selling them for 10 each. They were this years and laying. He downsided from 100 to 60 I think. Oh well gotta go.

Rancher Trish call me tomorrow.

Alright...I will ring you around 9...

Hahahaha! OMG....I want some cuckoo's!!! Holy crap, Tim is NEVER gonna speak to me again. But don't they look like a cuckoo marans as far as patterning? Hmm...gonna have to look those up!

Thanks for telling him Renee, I neglected to do that in my last post. Ugh....cannot wait for warmer weather, I am having a very hard time remembering what a pool and a grill look like..not to mention what a warm summer day feels like...lol!

Sue, your blrw babies are growing beautifully and thanks again for letting them go! I've a sneaking suspicion I've a roo and a pullet..yay for me!!! LOL
2.00 bucks is 2.00 bucks....My in-laws are the best...It is something that isn't necessarily something I would enjoy...LOL!
Speaking of Maryjo, she is coming over tomorrow to grab a br and a white crested black polish. Maryjo has a ton more room than I do, so she should be right at home over there!

Karen, for 2.00 a bird, wrapped up nice and tight in a freezer bag....I say let them deal with the mess! LOL Its just worth it to me right now....who knows...I may change my mind...again!

How much are you selling them for? Just thought I'd ask in case someone else is wondering also. I love bantams, but my husband likes chickens and dogs bigger than his foot. I have 3 mille fleur d'uccle eggs in the bator right now.

I didn't post a price because I know this probably isn't the proper place, but my thought was $50 for the four since they are POL and very nice - and I am looking for excuses to keep them. LOL!! I think they are adorable, but I am concerned because when the snow is finally gone I am not entirely sure all the cats around won't eat them and my gigantic roo won't try to have his way with them (he's in a separate coop), etc. I'm not home as much as I'd like and they are just so tiny!

townofbrunswick.org :

The Grange members hope you had an enjoyable Fall and are now looking forward to Spring. The
organization had a successful Tailgate Sale at the Schaghticoke Fairgrounds in October and will be
holding their next one on Sunday, May 1, 2011.

I think last year it was $10 or $15 to sell. I plan on going again this year.

The club is having a meeting end of this month, then I will post the details. Its sheduled for May 7th.

THis was one of my coop areas off the barn yesterday after the snow came down, there is a 24 ft row of 6 coops with windows all along the side. The snow either cracker or broke each one....I guess it wasn't a good place to make coops.
