Tomorrow works fine for me. Would love to give you the tour! My new babies are sooooo teeny and cute!

Last time Don delivered my eggs, he was very apologetic because they were supposed to be held for pick-up. Only three out of thirty hatched.

Rancher ---- Noah suggests wearing a wire egg basket on your head to keep the silkies from taking over your mind. He did that yesterday & said it worked pretty well!

Have they started hatching yet?

As a matter of fact they hve an I'm freaking out. Today is lock down day and the turner is still in the incu. I waited for it to level out and turned it off. I'm comptemplating opening the incu and moveing them but worried I'll lose the Alabama eggs. Mine I can replace. Mine are doing well especially the EE's. which I don't intend to keep or at least didn't.

Per trish's advice to just leave the turner and let things go. Three of four silkies have started and one unknown from AL and 3 for 3 Ee's and one Del.

Rancher.... they're trying to sneak up on you!!!!!!!

Seriously, though --- take the incubator into a steamy bathroom if you want to take out the turner. Your humidity should be fine as long as you get the humidity up high enough in the bathroom.

ETA: If they're zipping already, I would probably leave them alone.

Go silkies!!!!
