I need you all to take a look at this photo and tell me what you think. I mean I know it's not a silkie but I need to find my list and figure it out. I had several in onesy twosies hatch and this was one of them. They are supposed to be Blue Cochin but not a hundred percent sure. This one of course has been "mucking" around with his pals so his little feet are nasty. Let me know what you all think!

Sorry about the creepin crud at the house - I hope and pray that there isn't a strain that makes it through email contact yet. You all just hug those Silkies and if they give you any crap make them into soup. Of course you know that the Chinese thought that Silkies had additional healing powers when you ate them due to the bones and darkness of their meat? You might want to whisper that to them the next time you hear them plotting!

Fat rolls spare me. I was at the docs yesterday and got weighed. "She said so I see that membership at the Y isn't working." They had to add another one of those little weight thingies so they could weigh me. I said "maybe it's my keys". She said " not unless you've got the keys for all the stores in the Carousel Mall in your pocket." So I suggested perhaps the iron pills I was taking. She said "for this much of a weight gain you'd have to take one as big as a Volks wagon beetle".

So I confessed. I said "I am going to the Y but afterwards I stop at Mcdonalds for lunch". She said "how many time you goin to the Y, twice a day?"

So I vowed to lose some weight. Anybody want some?

Seriously I did make a big pot of chicken soup today. It's very good if I do say so myself.

Chicken soup, eh? When I cook that the kids ask if it's anyone they know!!! Their friends are afraid to eat here now....LOL

I'm so sad, I think I sold two of my cute little evil Silkies today - they come to pick them up tomorrow.

but I have too many chicks so I need to down size a few. I have a little Ancona Duckling halfway out of his shell - such a pretty gold color.

Well that will leave me two silkies still....enough for mind control still if they haven't taught any of the other chicks yet. One Black and the other I think will be black or a dark bluish color - they're too fuzzy to figure it out yet. Have a little cute cochin with a sneezle back up with the other "chicks in trouble" brooder. This is my Have a Sneeze, funny looking leg, lethargic and can't keep up with the other kids my age yet box. Have him on Sav A Chick, medicated food and added a little bit of duramyacin to their water - he seems better now except for the sneezle!

I understand about what you're eating! Luckily my daugher doesn't mind eating our last two pigs Miley and Cyrus (I know, I know - it was a sick joke) Names are true though. We have a pair now that are Deuce Pigalow and Mia Hammm - I think it's great!

The cows are Mongo and Chuck(steak) - we're are not well people I guess.

Anyway, my Silkie mind control will be lessened by tomorrow afternoon so I may be able to provide some more entertaining lyrics. Maybe even something cute about Cochins!

The one photo I attached was of my little guy/gal at about 10 weeks would be my guess. He was not happy about this photo and kept following the camera as I tried to take the photo. He is one of my little cuties!
