Ehh that might be but have to remember water will suck the heat out of you. I don't mind my house being 68 but let my water be 68 and we are fighting. Shoot I may take a thermometer in shower later and see how warm the water is I know warmer than me so over 98.6 at least. I'm not sure what the conducting rate for water compared to air would be or the wind chill factor.
Well, ducks also actually have a very cool vein system in their legs. As blood flows out towards their feet the cool blood coming in takes that heat, so blood going out is cooled down and blood coming in is warmed up, thus preventing heat loss. It's really neat! Great white sharks can do the same thing, and it's what allows them to be so fast and agile compared to other sharks.
