Also - AKady - if you have more AB's than you want - if anyone is coming this way - I am toying with buying any extras back off you - AND I have some AB chicks coming to me from a different breeder too - so will have lots of genetic diversity going on for next year Will have adults from 3 widely separated breeders by then - instead of the two I am working with now.

yep I had 6 chickens and neighbors dogs killed all of them got 50 bucks out of it

They used to be favored by sultans, which is how they got their name These are LF, which were really hard to find (almost extinct, in fact). They have every extra feature a chicken can have - crest, muffs, beard, vulture hocks, feathered legs, and an extra toe.

It's where the feathers on the top part of the leg are stiff and actually stick out beyond the leg - d'uccles have this feature too. It's considered a fault or even a DQ on most feather legged breeds but sultans are supposed to have them.
