thursday is our meetup day. i can't remember who all is meeting. I think my neighbor (by country standards) over the mountain in New Leb. Beyond that, my brain is mush today

Same here in Glenmont....plus Cornish rocks and ducks. I won't even look into the bins....I have chicks at Stony's to pick up and 11 that followed me home from Happyhensny's house. (I did escape her house today without a single chick PHEW!!!

But poor Featherz....wait til she opens her eggs....it's FULL!!! and it wasn't a dozen carton either)

I know, more chicks for me! And Cass, one of my NN was sitting on 13 eggs when I got home and was pecking at me when I took em.. UH OH. Maybe she'll get some of these eggs. LOL.

I meant just to look at chicks.... I am not in the market. I already am content with my selection. thanks for the offers though! I like that we are centered around albany, not all over the state.

I need more Australorps. Seems I have 3 roos and ONE hen...that's what it looks like to me...or I have 3 hens and one roo....but what are the chances of THAT being the case?

It was easy. I left all my chick transport stuff HOME.

I picked up 2 beautiful hens from Featherz tonight. When she opened the crate to get them out, there was an egg in there. I declined to take the egg...having 3 dozen + in my fridge in at home. Well, APPARENTLY I offended her sister cuz she laid me an egg in the box on the way home. Which brings today's total egg gathering up to 8, an all time high at this coop.
