Made a new drink at work today. (Its my second job, so I get hours) We call it apple pie a la mode frappe. Tastes just like an apple pie with vanilla icecream, whip cream and caramel sauce on top. It was sooooooo good! My boss and I were creating. That was one of four we came up with. I like creating!!!

I have a bantam Mille Fluer cochin, who's determined to go broody. So.................................. I've been collecting eggs from my 2 blue bantam cochin hens covered by a blue mottled roo. So far I've 3 eggs, getting one a day. I'll give them back to her Sunday evening,..............................and start waiting.....................................................

I got to Farm & tractor in auburn today ..they are getting ready for chicks .
I asked where they got the chicks from ? Mount healthy hatchery .
They are shipped USPS when they are 1 day old .

do opossums bother chickens ? I just saw a opossum go past the shed / chicken coop when I let the cat out ..

An alcoholic drink? No calories there. I would have to eat pound cake to make up for the deficit!
