I was going to show and may still but I wish they had their shows on a Saturday rather than a Sunday. I go to church on Sunday. But yes if you show you do need to be NPIP cert.I have 0 interest in showing and unless yall are NPIP and want to but from me I'm not bothering then.
Somes state the laws vary. Some states will pay for the inspection and others you pay.
This is what I tell folks who complain about Organic foods. You have to pay to be inspected.
Now in other news.
I switched everyone over to Feather Fixer for the molting thing and they've filled out nicely. Big Bertha who never molted looked really bad this year.
I also switched my feed to Agway? Egg Producer 21% and I have been leaving a light on in all but the two half coops.
Today I got 6/6 from the Delaware, 5/6 from the C. Rocks, 3/5 from the Marans. Big Delores and one Ee laid an egg. AND a Marsh Daisy laid an egg. Too I think Buckwheat is laying as I've found an egg in the nest she sleeps in.
I may start turning the light off and see what happens. Though the half hoop birds are let outside and would get the daylight. I'm wondering if the birds in the run aren't getting enough day light. I may switch out some solid roof panels for more Clear plastic panels.
