went to TSC today, saw some friends, and something funny happened.
It was a "chick day", and as usually, the families were so amused by the chicks. The family next to me was saying "oh, aw, is he dead!?" and the boy started crying. the mom then said "well we don't know if he is dead", and I replied "oh trust me when I say he is a goner!....."
and the family really awkwardly walked away.....
It was quite funny.
that poor chick and poor boy...maybe he just lost his pet and that's why he was crying.....Kinda reminds me of when my doctor called me to tell me he thought I had leukemia and a friend of mine had just DIED of that disease after knowing she had it only 3 months. I freaked out. I DO have leukemia, but mine is chronic, not acute, so I won't die any time soon, like she did. I don't think I would have thought it funny if someone told me horror stories about Leukemia while I waited for results of my own tests.
