"Oh, I see" Silver replied quietly as she shifted a bit, this sounded big like really big, much bigger than she was use to but it sounded really exciting. She didn't know how much longer Horius would want her around or if she had already over stayed her welcome to his journey but the Scavengers would probably need more than one Dust so maybe she could just convince him to take her with "That sounds...interesting so far, you know this is probably a job for a lot of Dust not just you though, it takes an army to win a war and while you're strong, the Scavengers will probably need a lot more hands" she tries to say as neutral as possible without slipping how excited she was about this whole thing.
Horius chuckled, shaking his head. It was way too early, he didn't know her. That's what his brain was screaming. But there was a seed of interest in this...Silver. She was surely talented, and he could use assistance:the task at hand was huge. With a sigh, he asked uncertainly, seeming to hurry his speech so as to not contradict his decision midway through saying it, "Are you interested...in participating? Alongside me?" His normal confidence and calmed nature, he studied her face for any signs that might betray her real thoughts, and you could rest assured he would instantly deny her if that ended up negative in any matter.

Silver watched him a bit eagerly before she straighten up to look even more serious as she answers his question "Of course" she says swiftly before adding with a small smile "Well I mean if you'll have me help you that is, I wouldn't want to be a burden to you"

Horius returned a small smile, she was quite the character. He responded "I'm sure you won't, second in command of the Dust." He chuckled once again, letting himself enjoy their moment, which admittedly was a bit awkward. After a few moments, he straightened up, and suggested "Suppose we should start assembling it."

Silver felt a bit pride in herself as she felt she done the near impossible by getting any type of smile from Horius and she was now beaming as she replies "Well good sir I believe we do it the old fashioned way, our first plan should be to head back to The Hidden Refuge, gather and spread our message of gathering on the way, once we arrive we can rally a good chunk of Dust which should be a good enough group to present to the Scavengers, hopefully if everything comes together just right, our army will only grow from there, I hope you're good at speeches" she explains quickly, she was always good at plans and was fast at just springing them out of thin air, if they could make as much as possible go right then they may have a chance at this war, they just had to play their cards right and Silver was well aware of this

Horius nodded, that was his plan in the first place. He forgave her slight bossiness, knowing she was just excited, which motivated him as well. He placed his cloak hood over his head, before beginning to turn to leave, knowing he would most likely follow.

(Nevermind @Rubysword just saw this.) Iris muttered absently, as if she wasn't there anymore "I know how it feels." She added slowly, with obvious hesitation "And I try to pretend I don't. With success. But you made me realize there's no reason to hide it anymore. I'm lost anyways." She looked down at her feet, this was a new side to herself she hadn't seen, or liked, for that matter. But more and more the will to keep on going ebbed out of her.
(Aaaaaaarrrghhh the awkwards. I is very bad at the awkwards.)
Harrison coughed. He was also very bad at the awkwards. He rubbed his toe on the pavement, desperate to find a way to comfort this intriguing, broken woman. "Do-you want to maybe... talk about it" he hesitantly mumbled, kicking himself as soon as the words left his mouth. That's how he had gotten into the whole mess!

Iris wanted to talk about it, but she couldn't let herself do that, open herself up to a complete stranger. But it was if she secretly wanted to. She wanted someone like her, to comfort and be comforted by. But they were both not going to do anything about it, it seemed, so once again she would be left with the truth in her own hands, much more brutal than it was normally.
