I love the picture with the cat!
If that was my cat, the chick would be dead. She tried to murder my baby quail yesterday. Wasn't happy when I picked her up by a back leg and deposited her far away from the brooder. Baby is safe and is now dubbed 'trooper' for having survived.
We are hatching some buff eggs and we ended up with nineteen out of 38 hatch
So glad Trooper survived! The photo scared me, my cat would have gobbled up that chick.
First pip yay! Its starting!
The first pip is always the most exciting!
My cats love the chicks ! They think they're funny looking cats.
My cat likes our chicks too. Or it could be the warm brooding area helps relieve his arthritis.
