Day 12-candled all 6 eggs under broody and they all have development and were moving! Hatch day is starting next Sunday-I *think one got put under there at the way end of day 1 or day 2 but that should be the only hiccup

My olive egger eggs are set to hatch tomorrow, and I am feeling incredibly impatient for them. No pips yet, and not a single sound from the eggs. All looked healthy and developed before lockdown though, so whatever happens, i’m incredibly excited for them to hatch. I want to call them tiny, but knowing their mother, they might come out like fat potatoes. Their mother was 2x the size of every other chick she hatched out with.

Just got home!
Mixed eggs, 2 are porcelain.
First baby is out! Buff. Has only 4 toes on one foot. Love the gold color.
4 more have externally pipped and all the others but one have internally pipped.

Ah!!! BUFF Baby!!! It is so precious! Can't wait to see your amazing pics after the all hatch and floof up!

Hi all its my first time hatching and I candled the eggs yesterday! One of them is all black but it's on day 9? Is that bad or normal?

Are they brown shells? Did you see any veins? I dont see much maybe some veins on the way bottom, but am not seeing through the shell either.

Wanna see something like this. What kind of light are you using? I found ones where the eggs fits tight on the light end or an actual one for candling or an adapter works best.
