Since I didn't see any external pips in the unhatched eggs I decided to candle them.
As I reported earlier in the thread, Egg #1 is not developed -- though, weirdly, it still has some visible veins. I suspect it quit a week ago. Egg #24, which I thought had looked underdeveloped despite having seen it move on day 18, looks even more wrong now with some weird, blood-like spots in various places. I would be very surprised if it hatches.
Egg #11 is full and dark with a strong air cell. I didn't see an internal pip or any movement, but I also didn't see any reason that I might not wake up to one more chick tomorrow.
The hatched babies are outside in their brooder, all cozy and comfortable under the brooder plate and giving soft, comfortable peeps when I shine a light in to check on them.
