Ok I take that back, my now mystery chick looks like a Dominique (barred, rose comb) but has 5 toes, what the!!!???

First chick was already out early this morning, and I now see two other pipped eggs. It's a hatching chicks here too folks! 
I would, but it is up to you, doesn't look like it will make it out anytime soon with that tough looking membrane.
How do you help in a situation like this?
I'm new to incubating and knowing this really helps
@FortCluck open the incubator, take the eggs out and pill out the shell IF there are no veins. There is a wonderful "guide to assisted hatching" here on the site, but I don't have the link now. I have prepared the coconut oil...

Oh my! Best friends right from the start. Definitely the cutest
@Maiahr let us know how that chick goes. I just had to assist the chick that pipped wrong end, 24+ hours with no progress yet another pipped wrong end and hatched (along with a bunch more) Its membrane was sooo thick, picked some shell and gently peeled some membrane and popped it back in to finish of its hatch.
Took the opertunity to take 11 dry chicks out.
