Odd behavior-toppling hen

One of my rescue hens is behaving oddly. She walks with her wings drooping. When i walked behind her she tried to hurry off mad topple forward. When I went to gather them up she wouldn't move but preferred that I pick her up. When I places her in the coop.... She just stood at the doorway. Lastly, there was a random egg in the run....assuming it was hers. Thoughts?????

Check for egg binding,crop issues,leg injuries. Is she eating/drinking,what does her poop look like?

Her poop looks fine. I'll have to check eating and drinking behavior.
