OEG or dutch bantams?

His body type is definately more that of oeg, this makes me upset because Ideal poultry straight out lied to my face. How can a business do this kind of crap?

Hatcheries are not breeders, they are mass producers. Their birds make fine pets, or backyard layers, but never expect show or breeder quality fowl from them. They didn't lie to you. Those are what they know as Dutch, and no other birds got into their breeding pen. That is what happens if you breed Dutch for thirty or more years and never cull for quality. All hatcheries are like this. If you want quality, you must go to a breeder... and be willing to spend $5.00 + per chick.

someone on here can help me, this is a better Dutch type cock, I have two almost identical. These are BLB, I believe this is a spash, no black or blue on breast, gold hackle, flecks of blue on back and blackish tail. I have one more for sure splash cock I will post a pic of too, but I would like to use these gold blacktails if they are indeed splash birds...I got 25 BLB this spring
