Bantams have been known to figure it out. It's not uncommon for Bantams to father chicks from a Largefowl hen.

Having seen a bantam cochin try to mate an LF cochin hen, I think AI is your best bet. The size difference for the two breeds you're looking at is pretty extreme, unless you're using bantam orpingtons.

There's people here who've had successful Bantam X Largefowl breedings happen, just don't remember who they were.

I stumbled across this post looking for pictures too. Soon I will be able to satisfy everybody's curiosity...I have eggs from my Orp hen and OEGB roo in the incubator and they are fertile.
