Great photo. Has it really been 10 months?

X2

And isn't 10 months without pancakes some form of abuse?

I don't like pancakes, so I don't make them unless there's some sort of family uprising demanding them. On that day, Ella came to me and asked for pancakes in a sweet voice, batting her big, blue eyes and showing her pouty lip. So my little Ella Bella got pancakes.

Now French Toast...

I make that all the time.

(Since pbj is new...here's an old picture of Ella, so you can understand how irresistable she is when she asks for pancakes. She was 2 1/2 in this picture and she's 5 now, but it's the only picture I currently have of her in my BYC uploads.)

He's adorable, Dac! How big was he? He looks big for newborn! Is that your son with him?

dang it...so i was reading the stuff i missed earlier and i fell asleep at the computer...so i gave in and went and laid down on the couch. The girls got home an hour ago but I couldn't peel myself up off the couch till now. I had a really strange dream...I was driving but I felt like I was drugged and I may have been driving in a city I didn't recognize, on the sidewalk gettting cussed out by people, hitting poles and newspaper machines and I may have acted like I didn't know any better and I got myself off the sidewalk only to be pulled over by a cop but then it didn't turn out like I expected....he told me to scoot over and then he drove...and then he drove me to a secluded park and well... lets just say points points points. But I was so drugged I was like, this can't be happening...I'm supposed to get a ticket or something...

And what does this prove? I was able to get to my REMS right? If I dream I'm in my REMS? But why does it have to be so disturbing? Ok, so who's gonna pyschoanalyze me?

I think it's dacs son in law...his daughter had the baby.

and belle... is that mommy's finger paint? cuz I bet it is...couldn't find any pale pink or purple?

TRUST ME pbj, she is the cutest and the sweetest little Belle, AND she is virtually irresistable when she bats those baby blues.

Not going to go there.

I made refried beans today for dinner, but they turned out WAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAYWAY too spicy.

I threw in a whole pound of roasted hatch chilies while the beans were cooking. I KNEW I should have fished them out before I pureed the beans, but NOOOO, I left them in.

If sparkles were here, she'd tell me to stick a potato in it.

Wow! He must be bad if they're hiring a teacher to shadow just one child!

Over the summer we fostered a 4yo boy for a few weeks. He was like you said; at home he ran wild - no rules, no shoes, no boundaries. Once he came to us, it took a few days for him to settle down, but he listened to me and my husband just fine. He acted out like any other 4yo, but nothing I couldn't handle. Whenever he would go to the supervised visits with his parents, he was wild, wouldn't listen to them and generally acted like a terror. The social workers were amazed I wasn't having behavior issues with him.

After 3 weeks with us, they found a relative who was willing to take him and his sisters, so he was removed from foster care completely.

not going where? And so did you? ...stick a potato in it?

No, I didn't.

Whenever I contribute a "FAIL" story to farmbell, the ladies always tell me to stick a potato in it. Because the potato absorbs too much salt or whatever.

They are just trying to help, but they missed the point: I was telling a story, trying to be funny. Not asking for help.
