Office Work, Part Deux: Professional Mayhen

I'm taking a break from my frantic cleaning to nurse the baby. I love that I can get Internet on the iPod. I need Jacob to sleep so I can mop floors.

He is FILTHY! He's been "helping" by crawling through my dust piles, rearranging the contents of cabinets and trying to lick the dirty silverware in the dishwasher.

I am covering the front desk, and everyone else is at lunch. So, for the first time in a week, the interenet is fast enough for me to get on BYC.

My moms office is getteing new "boxes" (as her boss calls them) and a server! They have four people that work for them. I do not see any reason they need a server for crying out load!

I am working for a start-up. So nothing is installed. We have 218 cubicles, but no chairs. Our first round of office supplies came in an hour ago.

My office is currently an open space with a trash can in it. Build-outs don't start for another 2 weeks or so.

CURRENTLY- I am interviewing. We have to hire ~120 people by Nov 28th. Maybe more.

My niceynice is almost all used up. I can only do so many interviews.
