I love those big pumpkin muffins they have at the coffee shops in october, but they only have them in october, and I'd like them all winter with my coffee. So I went online to find a recipie for one, and found some cafe in the south that had thier pumpkin muffin recipie online. I made a batch and put them out. I thought it was a bit bland, but they all went in an afternoon. So I made another batch, added a bit more nutmeg, and 12 muffins gone in an hour. So I made a double batch because we had friends comming over (I still think they're average, but since they keep disappearing, i keep making them(at this point I've bought a 6LB can of pumpkin puree). After dinner, the guys asked if they could take the rest home..

After like 10 batches of muffins, mr saddi comes over and says "honey I see you bought another can of pumpkin, Your muffins are awful, people were taking them home because I asked them to get rid of them, the kids are sneaking them into the trash can outside so they don't have to eat any of them. Please stop making muffins, they're awful".

To clarify, I found them bland and in need of something, but since they seemed popular I kept making them....

What amazes me is that at least 10 people had eaten one, and no one said "saddi these are bad", after they all said the same thing, they didn't want to hurt my feelings.

I think I should go take a nap. Today I made Champagne and Dragons Blood soap. It smells really great but it us ugly, with a capital U. May have to post pictures when I un-mold it.
